Sunday mornings at Arsenal Hill:

- 10:30 - Coffee and donuts
- 11:00 - Worship
Beginning June 11, come and join us at 9:45 on Sunday mornings for "Getting an A+ from Heaven," a Bible study series on the Beatitudes with Rev. Richard Fleming.
From the series description:
One of the greatest privileges a child of God has is to be able to experience God’s APPROVAL on his life, “Getting an A+ from Heaven." This is accomplished as outlined by Jesus at the beginning of the Sermon on the Mount in the Beatitudes (Matthew 5:1-12). Come and diligently study these 9 “Blessed” statements that give you timeless truths that instruct how to effectively live with God-honoring attitudes and values which are contrary to the world’s way. You will be BLESSED by the BEATITUDES.

Jesus calls us to "move out" with the good news that He has come for all people, all cultures, everybody.
Jesus describes our relationship to Him like this, "I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." - John 15:5 ESV
Jesus also says that if we keep His commandments, we will abide in His love, just as He has kept His Father's commandments and abides in his love. - John 15:10 ESV. But He also tells us, "This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends." - John 15:12-13 ESV. Growing in Christ and in bearing fruit is very closely related to loving each other.
